Course Introduction : 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

Our 100 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC) in Rishikesh covers the fundamental concepts of yoga and meditation with the basics of Naturopathy, which forms a strong foundation for yogic living that students can build upon in the future. Suitable for both individual practitioners as well as aspiring teachers, this is a 2-week yoga program ideal for anyone sincerely interested in learning yoga, but unable to invest more time in pursuing this interest or would like to start with a less demanding program. Students can directly start with second part of the 200 hour course to get the relevant certification, provided they come back to continue studies within a year of completing the 100 hour yoga teacher training course.
